We’re very familiar with the operation of a membership site and how important it is to have it running like clockwork, as we run one ourselves.
There are many different ways to build a membership site and there are a variety of membership plugins available, all with different costs and capabilities.
Paid Membership Pro
The last membership site we built for a client used Paid Membership Pro.
The reason we chose this one was because the client wanted to keep the cost of premium plugins to a minimum.
Paid Membership Pro has a large collection of addons, which make the resultant membership site fully featured.
A few examples include are drip-fed content, Aweber Integration, and a Membership Manager dashboard.
WishList Member
This is another popular option. WishList member is probably one of the most widely used membership plugins for WordPress. This plugin supports most commonly used membership models:
- The Publisher Model
- The UPS Delivery Model
- The Modular Course
- The Download Area
- The Project Management Area
iMember360
We’ve done a lot of work with iMember360 as this is the plugin we recommend if you’re an Infusionsoft user.
It works seamlessly with Infusionsoft to give you a direct integration with your email and customer management systems.
It has hundreds of shortcodes which make it easy to personalize the membership experience. Examples include 1-click upsells and downsells, one time offers then all serve to increase and preserve your membership revenue.
