Who Am I?
My name is Liz and I work with my husband Russell. In case you don’t know who I am, this is a photo of Russell and myself. Maybe you’ve heard of SubscriptionBoss plugin, well, Russell wrote that. I run the Genesis Club which is a membership site where I help people learn to build sites in Genesis.
What Am I Doing?
I’m working for Bob on a project right now to help him promote his plugin, and I STILL need your help. So far I have not received the number of testimonials that I need. Only five members of the community have so far provided any.

Option 1 – Provide A Video Testimonial
- Location
- Take your smart phone to a quiet location and make a video. Speak about the plugin, Bob and the difference it’s made to your business. Your testimonial does not have to be Oscar nomination material (lol) … but for what it’s worth you’ll win my Oscar for being kind enough to help us.
- Video Length
- It does not have to be very long. It can be just 45 seconds if that is what suits you – just say something positive that we can place on the website. Also state your name and your business and website if you want to.
- Smart Phone Orientation

When recording your video, please make sure the camera is held landscape and not portrait – see below.
How To Hold Your Phone When Making a Video Testimonial - Upload To Google Drive
- Name your video your yourfirstname-yourlastname.mp4 and upload it to Google Drive. Then send the link to [email protected]
Option 2 – Provide A Written Testimonial
- Provide Text
- Write as much as you can. If you can only write a few words that’s OK – but if you are able to write several paragraphs that is even better. Please provide whatever you can.
- Provide Headshot
- Please provide a photo of yourself, and also your full name. You can also give us your business name and website address too.
